Keylet Student focuses on HMOs, Student blocks and smaller properties ideal for individuals coming to Cardiff for university. Our office sits prominently in the Cathays area, the most popular Student location across Cardiff.

Keylet Executive are responsible for representing more than 1,000 properties, with Landlords who have been with us for years, and Landlords who walk through the door daily. Through our honest and transparent history, we now represent over £200 million worth of property throughout the city.  Keylet Executive offer a one-stop bespoke service for corporate lets and company relocation with connections with many bluechip companies throughout the UK.

Launching in 2020, Key Executive Sales have a team of people who have over 40 years' worth of experience working in the property industry, and specifically the Cardiff market. Our team can help in all aspects of property selling and buying and were responsible for selling the first £1 million apartment within Cardiff Bay.

Over the years, Keylet has continued to grow with a number of notable developments as part of our portfolio, including the Cathays office itself. Richmond Square, Empire House, Cwrt-Yr-Ala Estate and Tredilion Park are all properties in which Emma and the team have played a vital role in.
