Starting in the world of property over 23 years ago, moving into the development field seemed to be the next logical step for Emma. Over the years, Emma has been involved in a number of projects within Cardiff from the initial planning stages, financial stages, the building of the property, and then through the marketing and management stages including lettings and maintenance. The end goal of this procedure is to help maximise the return on investments and work on new opportunities.
